Лекция-диалог: «Эмиграция: я разрешаю себе жить!»

The largest group therapy session will take place in Warsaw: "Emigration: I Allow Myself to Live!"

The lecture-dialogue will be led by a popular psychologist, the director of the European Institute of Modern Psychotherapy (Lithuania), and an emigrant herself, Anna Matulyak.

- My real emigration happened in 2022. For the first month, I cried in unison with the Vilnius rains. And now, two years later, I have allowed myself to live here and now, although it was one of the most difficult challenges I've faced. And I sincerely hope that you will do the same.

"Emigration: I Allow Myself to Live!" is both a lecture from a specialist and a confession of an emigrant who struggled deeply with her own relocation. Now, drawing on her personal and professional experience, she will discuss the main obstacles to embracing a new life and answer all questions from the audience. The program will also include vibrant photos for each guest and warm meet-and-greets for everyone who craves new connections and a sense of community. Shall we spend the summer together?..
