Online registration for the event will be open on APRIL 18, 2022 and closed on June 12, 2022
On-site registration will be possible but it is not recommended; availability for social events is not guaranteed for on-site registered participants.
Registration is mandatory for all oral and posters presenters except for plenary speakers
Participants presenting an abstract must register online by June 12, 2022.

Cancellation and Refunds
Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to E-mail: ecamp14@creativa.lt
- For cancellations received by 9 May 2022, a full refund of the registration fee, a handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted.
- For cancellations received by 1 June 2022, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as a penalty.
- No refund will be processed for cancellations received after 1 June 2022.
