The most important event on diversity and inclusion which attracts hundreds of innovative and socially responsible employers.

This year, the spotlight is on „Superdiversity: Unveiling Hidden Layers" and by this we will invite you to take a fresh look at what diversity is in the workplace.

In a world where individuals cannot be confined to singular definitions based on gender, age, origin, health etc., we delve into the concept of superdiversity. This exploration encourages us to unravel the complexities of our overlapping identities, offering insights into both ourselves, and our colleagues.

We will talk about emotional health, why some identities are still hidden and how this affects the microclimate of the workplace. Lithuanian and foreign guests will present the unique experiences of people and the progress-oriented social experiments taking place in today’s organizations.
