Annual AML Center Conference 2026: The Hidden Battlefield - National Defense Begins with Finance
The Annual AML Center Conference 2026 will bring together senior representatives from financial institutions, regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and international organizations to examine how financial integrity underpins national security.
This year’s theme, The Hidden Battlefield: National Defense Begins With Finance, focuses on sanctions implementation, systemic financial crime risks, corruption, and the resilience of financial institutions in an evolving geopolitical environment.
In today’s geopolitical environment, financial systems are increasingly targeted as instruments of pressure, influence, and circumvention. Strengthening financial integrity is therefore not only a matter of compliance, but a critical component of national resilience and security.
The conference will provide strategic insights, practical case-based discussions, and high-level dialogue across the public and private sectors, offering a platform for cooperation in addressing emerging financial and security threats.
This conference is organized by the Center of Excellence in Anti-Money Laundering (AML Center) in partnership with the Bank of Lithuania.
