Vilnius Athletics Cup 2026
Purpose – to identify the best athletics athletes in different age groups and events.
Objectives:
- To popularize the sport of athletics.
- To strengthen connections with the Lithuanian athletics community and athletes’ parents.
- To properly prepare for championships and international meetings.

The competition is organized by the Sostinės sporto centras
Chief Judge: Andrejs Tolstiks.
The competition is held in accordance with the rules of the International Association of Athletics Federations.
Applications for the competition must be submitted by email: lengvoji@sostinessc.lt
Registration is open until 22 May (inclusive).
Each participant must have a doctor’s permission to take part in the competition (medical certificate) and a valid certificate confirming the completion of anti‑doping training. The team leader/ responsible person is responsible for ensuring these documents are in order.
Winners will be awarded cups, medals, and prizes established by the organizer and sponsors.
Medalists will receive medals and prizes established by the organizer and sponsors.
Participation Fee:
- For athletes of the Sostinės sporto centras: €7
- For all others: €12
The participation fee must be paid by 15 May.
If the fee is not paid by 15 May (inclusive), the price in the Paysera Tickets system will increase to:
- For Sostinės sporto centras athletes: €10
- For all others: €15
On‑site payment is available by bank card only.
Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses are covered by the sending organization.
The Vilnius Athletics Cup competition will take place at the “Vingis” Stadium, Čiurlionio g. 112, Vilnius, and is a public event where filming and photography may occur. Filmed or photographed material may be distributed in the media, on TV channels, and online.
Team leaders/coaches are responsible for:
- timely submission of documents;
- the safety of participants during the competition;
- ensuring proper behaviour of participants during the event.
By submitting an application, athletes confirm that they have read and will comply with these regulations.
By submitting an application, the team leader confirms that athletes have undergone a health check and possess a valid certificate of completed anti‑doping training.
The organizers reserve the right to change the competition date, time, or programme.
