During the presentation Jurgita Rhodes will share her own experience of what it took to get to leadership position, challenges perceptions from organisational point of view as well as personal. The seminar will be held as conversational session where she would like to have a joint discussion to analyse her personal career and see if the audience can spot the qualities and weaknesses to what it takes to become leader.
