TAKNADO - Vilnius (synthwave / retrowave / darkwave)

The Latvian synthwave trio Taknado will host a live show celebrating the release of their new vinyl album “Anemoia.”

The album title refers to the concept of anemoia — nostalgia for a time you have never experienced. This feeling lies at the core of Taknado’s sound: a neon-lit 80s atmosphere, analog synthesizers, and cinematic electronics that create memories of a past that never existed.

Taknado is a trio from Latvia working at the intersection of synthwave, retrowave, and dark synth.

The band has released two vinyl albums, completed two European tours, and produced soundtracks for computer games.

The project is considered one of the most notable representatives of the synthwave scene in the Baltic States.

At the Vilnius show, the band will perform new tracks from the album Anemoia, along with previously released songs — a powerful mix of retro electronics and live stage energy.

Latvijos synthwave trio „Taknado“ surengs gyvą koncertą, skirtą naujo vinilo albumo „Anemoia“ pristatymui.

Albumo pavadinimas nurodo į sąvoką anemoia — nostalgiją laikams, kurių niekada nepatyrei. Šis jausmas yra „Taknado“ skambesio pagrindas: neonais nušviesta 80-ųjų atmosfera, analoginiai sintezatoriai ir kinematografiška elektronika, kuri kuria prisiminimus apie praeitį, kurios niekada nebuvo.

„Taknado“ – tai trio iš Latvijos, kuriantis synthwave, retrowave ir dark synth muzikos sandūroje.Grupė išleido du vinilinius albumus, surengė du Europos turus ir kūrė garso takelius kompiuteriniams žaidimams.

Projektas laikomas vienu ryškiausių synthwave scenos atstovų Baltijos šalyse.

Vilniaus koncerte grupė atliks naujus kūrinius iš albumo Anemoia, taip pat anksčiau išleistas dainas — galingą retro elektronikos ir gyvos sceninės energijos derinį.
