About the trainer
The course is led by Rune Josefsen who has more than 25 years’ experience as a process consultant for numerous companies in Denmark, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He previously worked as a senior consultant and manager at Accenture and IBM, and today works as a senior partner in Kvalitor Consulting for 15 years, which specializes in training and project implementation in the field of process improvement. Rune holds an MScSoc in economics and communications from the University of Roskilde, Denmark, and has studied at the University of Bath, the United Kingdom, and L’Université Stendhal, France. Rune is the author of the books “Perfect processes” (2014) and “13 questions on Lean and Six Sigma” (2018).
