Kviečiame į ypatingą Ballet Fitness atvirą pamoką - švelnų, įkvepiantį užsiėmimą/treniruotę, kuri padės jums iš naujo pajusti savo kūno energiją ir atrasti, kaip baleto judesiai gali praturtinti jūsų fizinę rutiną.

Pamokos metu atliksime paprastus, prieinamus baleto įkvėptus pratimus, kurie gerina kūno balansą, lankstumą, mobilumą ir laikyseną. Jokios baleto patirties nereikia - ši pamoka skirta kiekvienai moteriai, norinčiai judėti, geriau pažinti savo kūną ir pasisemti energijos.

Magišką atmosferą kurs gyvas profesionalaus pianisto pasirodymas, lydintis mūsų judesius. Erdvę papildys švelni žvakių šviesa, suteikianti jaukumo ir ramybės.

Ballet Fitness LT sukūriau tam, kad pasidalinčiau baleto teikiamu džiaugsmu, elegancija ir stiprybe su kiekvienu, nepriklausomai nuo patirties.
Aš esu Kamilė - profesionali balerina ir  šokėja, atsidavusi judesio menui ir disciplinai. Šoku nuo 4 metų, įkvėpta baleto grožio, jėgos ir laikysenos.
Tikiu, kad Ballet Fitness LT pamokos jums patiks taip pat, kaip man patiko jas kurti.

Join us for a special Ballet Fitness Open Class a gentle, inspiring experience created to help you reconnect with your body, boost your energy, and discover the elegance and strength that ballet can bring to your fitness routine.

During this class, we will explore simple, accessible ballet-inspired movements that improve core strength, flexibility, mobility, and posture. No prior ballet experience is needed - this session is designed for every woman who wants to move, feel, and glow from the inside out.

To make the experience even more magical, the class will be accompanied by a live professional piano performance, helping us set the rhythm and mood. Soft candlelight will transform the space into a calming, uplifting environment.

I created Ballet Fitness LT to share the joy, elegance, and strength of ballet with everyone, even if you have no previous experience.
I’m Kamile — a professional ballerina, and lifelong dancer devoted to the art and discipline of movement. I’ve been dancing since I was four, inspired by the beauty, strength, and presence ballet brings.
I think you will love Ballet Fitness LT as much as I’ve loved creating it.
