Annual Diversity Charter Conference “Everyone’s Business”

On 19 May, we invite you to the annual Diversity Charter Conference - the most important event of the year dedicated to diversity, inclusion and organisational openness.

This year’s theme, “Everyone’s Business,” encourages a conversation about responsibility that does not end in executive offices or political decisions and does not belong to just one person. Diversity and inclusion are not only strategies or directives – they are everyday decisions, the language we choose, and the ability to create an environment where people of different identities belong.

At the conference, we will discuss gender equality and the role of men in achieving real change; the implementation of accessibility and board directives within organizations; and developments in securing the rights of the LGBT+ community, the existing gaps, and their significance for society. We will explore how organizations, leadership, and personal responsibility come together in diversity and inclusion practices.

This year, the program will also feature a new format – specialised workshops for those who want to dive deeper and seek practical solutions. In one workshop, we will explore strengthening emotional well-being in organizations, and in another, we will look at the Pay Transparency Directive: how to create a sustainable remuneration strategy, identify positions of equal value, and develop effective measures to reduce the pay gap.

The event will be held in Lithuanian, English and Lithuanian Sign Language.
