What is it?

If you are organising an event, most probably your goal is to have as many participants as possible. If you are thinking about what strategy and communication channel most effectively suit your needs, we have a solution to track it.

Use our completely free tool to track which channel led the customers to your event.

Where to start?

Provide an additional parameter to the event link

You must add an additional tracking parameter at the end of each event URL to track event traffic ?affid=parameter.
An example of a regular link: https://tickets.paysera.com/lt/event/your_event_name,
An example of a reference with an observation parameter: https://tickets.paysera.com/lt/event/your_event_name?affid=newsletter

In order to accurately monitor the effectiveness of a communication channel, we recommend assigning several different parameters to one event, depending on the communication channel, the instrument, or the partner through which the communication is conducted. For example, the parameter may be: ?affid=facebook_event, ?affid=partnerisX etc. You'll see statistics for all the settings you've created by logging in to administration and selecting Reports > Orders.

If one client visits your event page through different affiliate links, we will display only the last one that led him to buy tickets or sign up for your event.

Good luck creating and managing events!
