Sumokėti pinigai už stovyklą gali būti grąžinami atšaukus stovyklą dėl nepalankių oro sąlygų (stiprus lietus, vėjas, audra, karštis), techninių gedimų ar kitų svarbių organizatoriaus aplinkybių (trenerio liga ir pan.). Kitais atvejais pinigai negrąžinami.
