Annual Diversity Charter Confernce "Standards Change (us)"

On 21 May, we invite you to the annual Diversity Charter Conference - the most important event of the year dedicated to diversity, inclusion and organisational openness.

The theme of this year's conference invites us to rethink both official and everyday standards - what they represent and how we can change them to create more inclusive societies and more responsible organisations.

The programme includes topical themes and practical answers:

  • How do organisations respond to geopolitical change? Corporate representatives will share their experiences on their value positions, reputation management and risk prevention in the face of contemporary crises.
  • Transforming the labour market: hear stories of employees with diverse backgrounds and their contributions, and learn how recruitment processes and office environments can be transformed in an inclusive way.
  • Implementing the legislation: Experts will explain how organisations can prepare for the Accessibility Directive and responsibly adapt their services to clients with different needs.
  • Culture change from within: We will interview activists and change agents who are shaping a new culture of work and life through their actions.

What lies ahead for organisations that strive to be not only adaptive but also change-makers? Join us if you are looking for inspiration, real experiences and concrete steps to change the standards of organisations in the areas of inclusion and equality.
