During this part, a Pet Care System developed and tested during over 30 years of experience will be presented in practice. Janita will share her knowledge on how to choose the right tools and instruments. How to quickly bathe, dry and groom Bichon Frise.
LECTURER
Janita J. Plungė, a long-term breeder and cynologist, will share her experience at the seminar.
Janita started her career in cynology and animal care when she was 15 years old, when she bought her first pet, a purebred silver poodle named Kika. Poodle grooming and care requires special skills and knowledge that Janita has gained through her experience. When she started grooming poodles, Janita soon had her first apprentices, who are still some of the best groomers in the Baltics. At the time, Janita was president of the National Poodle Club and an international judge, so her experience and knowledge allow her to know the intricacies of a professional cynologist and of a breeder, a groomer.
Janita has been working with the Bichon Frise, Pomeranian Spitz and Bichon Maltese breeds for more than 10 years now. She has bred several World and European champions. The most famous dogs bred by this breeder are Tauro Misoko, who is 2-time world champion and has won 58 champion titles and Tauro Svajūnas who is a 3-year-old Bichon Frise who has already earned the title of US Grand Champion. Dogs bred by Janita have already won more than 1,500 titles in total, which, as the breeder herself says, is an appreciation for her work. These accomplishments show that she as a breeder works deeply and is able to breed dogs of the highest standard.
During the seminar, Janita will share her unique experience and knowledge of how to care for and groom the pet in the fastest way possible.
HOW WILL THE SEMINAR BE CONDUCTED?
As much as 50% of the seminar time will be devoted to the practical part, so after the seminar you will have not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience.
