Upswing massage
During a private session, a professional rehabilitation specialist will offer a deep tissue or relaxing massage to relax not only the body but also the mind. Sessions are personalised according to your needs and, if necessary, you will be advised on exercises you can do at home to relieve tension.
The duration of the massage is 1 hour.
