Terms and Conditions:

• The event is organized by SIA FIXMAN and focuses on play, landscape architecture, and inclusive urban design.
• The official language of the event is English.
• The ticket provides access to the planned two-day program: Day 1 includes conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and an evening networking dinner; Day 2 includes guided site visits and outdoor activities in Riga, with coffee and light refreshments. Conference materials are intended to be provided.
• If any accessibility or dietary accommodations are needed, please notify the organizer in advance.
• Photography and video recording will take place during the event.
• Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation or significant rescheduling by the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule if necessary.
