"CATHARSIS" is a term used in psychology and the arts.
The concept has its roots in ancient Greek philosophy,
In psychology, catharsis refers to the process of releasing and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions through various means, such as dancing, talking, writing, or art.
It's considered a way for individuals to explore, understand, and ultimately heal from emotional pain or trauma.
The idea is that expressing emotions that have been bottled up or repressed can lead to a state of emotional renewal or liberation, helping individuals to move past negative feelings and experiences.
On this edition, along with our anniversary, we are crafting a yet wide array of "Catharsis Experience" corners.
On the second floor, there will be a chai shop, workshops, activities for meeting new ppl and bonding, a massage station, tea, and rapé(shamanic snuff) rituals.
