Annual Diversity Charter Confernce "Standards Change (us)"

On 21 May, we invite you to the annual Diversity Charter Conference - the most important event of the year dedicated to diversity, inclusion and organisational openness.

"Standards Change (Us)" is this year's theme, inviting you to rethink both both official norms and the standards we develop on a daily basis.

We will talk about corporate positions and solutions in the context of today's geopolitical changes, the unique experiences of diverse employees, employers' lessons in office accessibility and changes in the recruitment process. You will also learn how to make the most of social reporting in meeting the objectives of the Reporting Directive and how to prepare for the Accessibility Directive. We will interview change agents in the field of diversity and inclusion, and discuss the contribution of employees in changing the culture of the organisation. 

What are the challenges posed by the new societal expectations and how can organisations not only adapt but also become leaders of change?
