Good news for those who could not participate in this year's Seminar (05.27-29) in Anykščiai, Lithuania, as well as for those who want to join another cat and want to get acquainted with my activities!
You will be able to join the last webinar from seminar this Tuesday (06.07).

Every listener, even without asking a question, can hear the long-sought answer, so if you haven’t asked the question, we still recommend you to join 🙂 After the questions and answers part, as usual, there will be a meditation practice with the support of Liutauras.

In the course of the webinar, the course of breathing exercises is visually demonstrated and at the end of the webinar, these exercises, with my help, are performed in practical meditation.
