About the speaker
Marijus Vaznys is Project and Product Management Professional with a passion for leading teams and driving innovation in the Fintech and Telecom sectors. With over 15 years of experience, he's delivered impactful global projects at Western Union and loves sharing his knowledge as a lecturer at Vilnius CODING School. Marijus is a certified PMP, CSM, and CSPO, with a strong background in Agile methodologies. Outside of work, he's pursuing studies in Gestalt Psychotherapy, bringing a holistic approach to his leadership and mentoring roles.
