Morning SUP tour in Vilnius 06-22 | goSUP

There is nothing better than starting a day on a paddleboard!

The tour starts at Žirmūnai beach. The landscape of nature and birds chirping are changed with images of the city, architectural masterpieces of different periods: St. Peter and Paul Church, Gediminas Castle Tower, Raduškevičius Palace, National Opera and Ballet Theater, St. the Church of the Apostles Philip and James, modern skyscrapers and other city objects. You will finish the tour at the White Bridge.

This is a great opportunity to admire the awakening of Vilnius for both citizens and guests of the city.

TIME. We start at 6:30, we start with the instruction, during which you will hear all the necessary information: how to get on the SUP correctly, how to paddle, how to behave when falling, what route to go, and other important rules of behavior and water. The briefing takes about 15 minutes, then you will paddle. Total tour duration: 1 - 1:30 p.m.

ROUTE. We meet on Žirmūnai beach (Coordinates 54.723521, 25.310847, link to the map https://goo.gl/maps/5pz4kakwZaR2), we go to the White Bridge. We recommend leaving the car at the White Bridge and arriving at Žirmūnai beach by taxi or public transport.

CLOTHING. Dress in loose, comfortable clothes that allow getting into the water. Choose clothes according to the weather conditions: if the forecasts promise the next morning - dress warmer. We recommend having a dry clothes car in case you accidentally fall (chances are very low, but you better be prepared). If you arrive without a car, leave your belongings with us and we will take them to the finish.

In the event of severe weather conditions (storms, thunderstorms, or other dangerous natural phenomena) which may endanger participants, events may not be scheduled in time and might be rescheduled by mutual agreement. In this case, the participants of the tour inform in person the telephone numbers indicated at the time of ticket purchase.

PARTICIPANTS. The rowing tour is open to persons over 13 years of age. with an accompanying adult (Taste Map for children has delicious cocoa). We remind you that the accompanying instructor does not swim together during the morning tour. If you are not sure about your ability to paddle independently, we invite you to come to the SUP lessons first (more information: www.gosup.lt).

Persons who are intoxicated by alcohol or other substances are not allowed to participate in the tour. The organizers reserve the right not to provide services to intoxicated persons and not to refund the money paid for the ticket.

If the event takes place, but the client does not come to the event and does not contact the administration in advance (24 hours before the event) due to his / her absence in advance, the money paid for the ticket will not be refunded. A purchased ticket is only valid for one specific event.
